PM-module gone even i Admin

I am running XOOPS 2.2.3 and have not since this upgrade been able to use/view the PM-functions/Inbox. In fact, the PM-module won't even show up in the Modules Admin. How can that be?? The PM-folder is in place.

Do anyone have a clue why my PM-module won't show even though I uploaded it (several times)? I have never experienced that a uploaded module won't show up at all in the Admin--> Modules. Missing files or errrors, yes, but not this. Confusing!
