CBB 2.32 problems with date format (messed up)

I have searched forums for this issue, they occur when people use languages other than English. But I use english and see "YEurope/HelsinkistEurope/Helsinkirday 0:32:18" or "T2006day 0:54:40" strings in "Last post" or somewhere else instead of normal date/time. My config:
1 XOOPS 2.2.3
2 CBB 2.32
How to fix this?
