can i use the XOOPS to make a site that can manage photo album and have a forum inside. Register member can upload photo to the photo albums.
If can , how?

try this module for the album once you get preferences set right it works pretty good.You don't need a bunch of server side stuff installed and adding a forum module is pretty simple

if i want make chinese's xoops.,I just use the language tool 0.07 to translate after i install the XOOPS or i need to get a chinese version of xoops?
