911 - Blank page even in debug mode

I was deleting polls and was doing it a bit fast.
Received a blank page on both admin and user site.
Did following but still have blank pages.
UPDATE xoops_config SET conf_value=1 WHERE conf_name = 'debug_mode'


Debug mode in php.ini is not tured off.

What next?

Last backup was on 12/17, would loose a lot of data!


Little Update:
I emptied only the 3 poll tables in MySQL and regenerated them from backup.
Still blank pages!

http://www.vmclinks.com looks good on your machine?
I just cleared all my browser cache and still have a blank page.
Then I opened Internet explorer which I never use and I get a blank page there too.

How is that possible?

It works for me too. The debug mode is working too - there are some php notices, but this shuld not be a problem.

Are you using protector module?

This is from protector readme file:

If unfortunately you as an administrator are banned by some unexpected erros, you can directly access

http://(your xoops)/modules/protector/admin/rescue.php

but be sure to set the password in preferences of XoopsProtector in advance.

Hope you set the password and still remember it ...

Probably your IP is banned. Could you change it - access your site from different IP?

Does someone know what the MySQL table for banned IP address is?
