Hi, I have an existing website working with Xoops. Now I have a new layout for the front page but I need an expert to convert it into a XOOPS template/theme.

Who can help me? If you can do all for me I am willing to pay for it.

IF your template is compliant xhtml/css, I have written this article (translate in english with google).
