I think the best demo for XOOPS is this site. But if you want to see more, you can check XOOPS Links, under Community.

I would suggest to check out the YAXS news section, as we often have quite a wide variety of submitted sites...

Also check the Site Of the month news item - for some splendid sites which have been submitted.
