Hi,
I have been using xHelp for a while and it is a fantastic module. So simple and usefull. Anyway i have a problem where after a ticket is CLOSED, the elapsed time continues to calculate.
Is there a way to stop this from happening?
What im thinking of doing is this:
1. User creates a ticket and logs a fault
2. Admin achnowledges fault and assigns ticket.
3. Timer now start ticking
4. Admin responds and ticket is on HOLD
5. Timer keeps ticking
6. Admin responds and ticket is now CLOSED. Job finished
7. Timer to stop and record elapsed time.
8. Two days later, that closed ticket should still show the closed time when it was original closed and show current elapsed time since it was opened.
Is this how xHelp suppose to work? Or is there something i can do to achieve these steps?
