xHelp Anonymous create user problems

Hello,

I am trying to setup xhelp module so that an anonymous user can create a ticket. The system is supposed to let the user create a ticket and then send him an email to his account to activate an account in xoops. The email is sent but end with this

Quote:

You password was generated randomly, which you can change by editing your account settings.

To activate your account, please click on the link below:
{X_UACT_LINK}


how do I fix this?

Hi nlinecompute,

First of all, Welcome to XOOPS

xhelp is still in development, so issues should be posted on the development page

You might like to download the cvs version, as this issue has already been corrected.

I had this problem when using xhelp version 0.71. There was a patch submitted on the dev site to fix it, but I could not get the patch to work directly.

I noticed that 0.75 is now released, I have not tested it yet, hopefully the fix is included.
