hi can anybody help about this?i have encountered this error while trying to install the eCal. Do i still need to change something?would appreciate it very much if anyone can help me. thanks in advance.

if you mean the eCal that's in the module repository then I'm not surprise; it dates from 2004.

I'd try another module if it were me.

ExtCal 2.2.2 fromhttp://www.zoullou.net works nicely with XOOPS 2.3.x. See it on my site (link in sig).

Also, you could take a look at piCal from GIJoe. The current version is 0.91h and is marked as "stable" (not that anything GiJoe releases in unstable ).

Both are excellent modules.

Thanks for the advice. I've installed eXtCal 2.2.2 and it seems to be okay. I must point out that it is missing what I consider to be a key feature, the ability to automatically include user's birthdays as events.

Other than that it looks usable.
