I am looking for XOOPS websites who are successfully running the phpadsnew module.

I tried, but couldn't really get it to work as it should (on 2.2, though)

So I installed phpAdsNew stand-alone and manually added tags to custom blocks.

Okay... I can think I can do that also, since custom blocks is the way I was going to go anyhow.

Which invocation code did you use in your custom block ?

the one generated in the banner or zone

It gives several options:

Remote Invocation, Remote with Javascript, Remote for Frames or Remote using XML.

When setting parameters.. what should be my target frame and source option ?

Should I be using html code or php code ?

Same here, in particular when intergrated directly into an XOOPS template using PhpAdsNew local mode. The PhpAdsNew manual gives some very vauge indication that there where special circumstances when intergrating it into a smarty based website such as Xoops, but gives no details at all as to what.

my phpadsnew database feeds ads into my .html coded pages no problem..

But on my XOOPS sites, nothing.

Its very frustrating.

I have it running on NorthMyrtleBeachOnline.com. It installed like a module, although I am about to try a fresh install. I create custom blocks where I want to display an ad and use the generated banner code in the custom block.
