Looking for a new div friendly theme for my upgrade to 2.2 and i came across - http://www.positioniseverything.net/guests/3colcomplex.html

managed to convert this as a XOOPS theme (but i lost the centern L +R blocks since i dont use them) at http://new.3ipod.co.uk

still a work in progress as alot of work is needed on colour scheme etc, but if anyone wants this for them to edit to their own colours etc feel free to pm me
