cannot log in as admin

Please can you help me. i can no longer log into my site . i am the administrator
I thought that that problem is my version of XOOPS so i upgades it from 2.0.10 to 2.012a
still i cant log in to evevn do the update
what can i do?
please help me

Now thsi is the error it gives when i try to log in


Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /var/www/html/include/functions.php on line 145

check that include/common.php, class/xoopssecurity.php and include/functions.php were uploaded correctly - maybe reupload them.

This happened before i upgraded to the new version and in the new version there is no such file .i cant get in the administration or better still cant log in to upgrade the system
Users can log in but admistrator cannot log in

i need to do some urgent updates on my site
