Newbb Options Panel Display Gone Wonky?

Can anyone help me figure out why the newbb options panel displays this way on this page? It's happened on two of the sites I'm running, and I can't figure out why.

Delete the templates from the previous install, and regenerate.

Rats, that doesn't seem to work at all. I cleared out the templates and regenerated as you suggested and even cleared out templates_c. Is anyone else experiencing this?

You need the:

<{$xoops_module_header}>


In your theme. See this Faq Page on where to place it.
