Wondering throught my stats I'v noticed an strange glitch in the data, I recieved stats from this sitehttp://www.9image.com/v1/modules/wfchannel/ which uses my theme I use onhttp://www.Core74.org. This theme is copyright protected and secured (as I thought) by the server.

I already emailed the site admin asking him to remove the theme, but every mail I send returns with a message of his server:

<admin@9image.com>:
219.134.132.131 does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)
Giving up on 219.134.132.131.

What could I do now?

That sux bad. Unfortunately you cannot copyright the code, but you can copyright the images. Next move I'd be making is sending a letter to their hosting provider.

They can't be very bright if they didn't think to remove your business name from the theme...and changing the design credits to '9 image' is just cheek.

The thing i'ld do, is put my second server to use (hitbotting) lol... anyways, i figured this would be a good read if you want to protect your themes ->http://www.brandycoke.com/articles/xoops/protecting_your_themehtml.php

It seems like that site is just "stealing" themes, and putting them up for their members to download...

those guys really sux.

like its mentationed above, try to send a mail to their host.normally a hosting provider care about something alot.
second step i´ld send them a nice letter from my lawyer with a deadline to remove all of your stuff a huge value in litigation from about a half million $ ;)
they should think twice then.

I have tried to email the site admin, but didn't get any response, the responsible hosterhttp://www.chinanet.cn.net/ is not reachable for me. Searching for email adresses with a lookup doesn't resolve into any usable email adres.

They just could ask me about the theme, and I'm always willing to help, but judging their site, it's not the first theme they have nicked.
