Hi, I'm having problems with my install. All goes well upto the point where I'm asked to confirm database settings. After I press 'next' I just end up with a blank page.

There are no error messages displayed at all, even though debugging is turned on (as far as I can tell).

Help!

please do a search for blank page, or read the FAQ section dealing with blank pages.

yeah, gone through the steps to turn on debuggin to try and get some more info. but to no avail. Still no errors displayed anywhere.

Have also tried 'log_errors = On' in php.ini

Still nothing.

OK, managed to get an error message now. Get the following after confirming the database details.

I am having the same problem.

I am using the latest version of XOOPS downloaded today.

Also I cannot understand why it says c:\php5\pear whereas my php is installed in c:\php.

Also, I have tested PHP. PHP/MySQL installation and everything is fine. So there is no problem with php installation or MySQL installation.

Pleas help
