CBB 1.12 No rights to access ?

just installed cbb1.12 on XOOPS 2.0.10 . uploaded ok, system refresh, forum refresh no go. uninstalled and reinstalled module but still tells me that "you don't have the right to access this forum". then the page does not reload as it should.
Cleared cookies and temp files.
suggestions please....

SCRATCH THIS POST ......HAve to create before you can view still newbie I guess

check if persmissions have been set correctly, in module admin -- forum manager

OPERATOR ERROR ! works great though excellent job.
