Theme Designer Needed - Simple Theme

I'm looking for a custom theme that uses this (or something like it) as a background.

I'd like it to have four main colors:

Black
Red (Dark Red)
Silver/White/Grey
White

The Black and the Red is the most important. I want it to have a clean/technical look to it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks very much.

Here is something I made on Photoshop that is similiar to how I'd like it, but I don't know how to do anything past this.
