Maybe you can see at my themes on XOOPS Themes Exhibition (all 0DC-*, 3 for now) and add
- common icons
- news & forum images

it the spitit of themes? I can write (more or less) themes, but I'm zero in "big graphic" art

If you've ever made website layouts before, i'd be interested in seeing some. I have converted layouts to XOOPS themes many times. If I do convert anything, I can keep a link to your site at the bottom of the theme.

Sounds good bassman are you any good at graphics or are you more coding guy cause i suck at the coding but im alright at graphic design. And no i have never made a theme but id like to help make one with you

I'm OK at graphics, i've done quite a few custom themes myself but I specialise in converting layouts into themes :)
