I have just loaded this module and reloaded it. The installation seems fine, but I get a blank page when I try to run it.

PHP debugging yields this....

Cannot re-assign $this in /opt/lampp/htdocs/xoops/modules/wsproject/class/core.php on line 88

Can anyone help?

Would the only way round this to be to downgrade my server to PHP 4? Or will the module be rewritten for version5 at some stage....

Monty,

the module is a project management module, downloadable off the modules page on this XOOPS site

ah ok.. i used the search but came blank.. i didn't actually look thru the repository..

as for your other question, it might be worth contacting the author to see if he is still developing it.. but until then downgrading to php 4 should make it work..

Hi,

I've updated wsProject.

Now it should be php5 compatible, but it's not tested well.

The update is only in the cvs-tree available.

http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/webslave/wsProject/

index.php
and
class/core.php

had been modified.

Kind Regards
G'Ron

I have test this module and found out that when adding a task when selecting the person to assign the task to it lists the username of a user(s) according to the number of groups they belong to. Also when updating a project the page does not redirect from the edit mode to the project view mode(previous page). This is great module for tracking projects. I like the project progress indicator. Can anyone fix these issues? Anyone needs zip mod file let me know.

Installed: wsproject-final-v.1.0.1.src.zip

Running on:
# Apache Web Server Version 2.2.8
# PHP Script Language Version 5.2.6
# MySQL Database Version 5.0.51b

Thanks
btesec
