Any Library module?
-book info maintenance, searching
-book reservation, loan, return
-email notification

"PHP Library" and "OpenBiblio" seems to be a standalone system, any idea to merge it into XOOPS platform?

OR any better to start with other XOOPS modules?

same post request here, but seems no XOOPSer interested to give comments... https://xoops.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=33993&forum=27

Re: Library module?

there are always many more module requests than people with the time and ability to make the modules. That said, I think a library module is a good idea. I don't know of any XOOPS modules that could be shoe-horned into this, so I think porting one of the two applications you listed is the simpliest option.

I found "PHP Library" and "OpenBiblio" seems too complex, many good functions, but I didn't need them, seems hard to understand and merge it into xoops.

Do you know any simple library system?
-provide book maintenance
-book search
-book reserve/borrow/return
-email notice for expired book
