Is there any module that lets user refer my site to user's friend(s)? [eg. recommend us]

You can turn on a block that shows this link.

- Go to Administration Menu
- Then go to System -> Blocks
- Next turn on the Site Info block.

This block has a link for recommending your site to others.

But that does not input username and email automatically as this link: (try it)

If you look at the link you included in your post, you'll see that the page in question is part of the wfchannel module
