Can someone go to my site and look at the left side menus. The menus "New Topics Navigation", "New Members", etc are all left justified. How can I get them to be centered and the tables that they are using be 90% width like the menus on the right?

http://www.webdiscourse.com

Thanks for your help.

Jim

The x2t theme comes with a template set, which you need to install.

1- upload template set in Template Manger (Sys Admin)
2- set x2t template set, as default template set (Sys Admin -> Prefs -> General Settings)

I believe the template set is included in the extras folder, that you see when unpacking the XOOPS package.

Once you've done that, you will surely be suprised and amazed, how the look of your site has changed

THanks for the reply. I found what you are talking about, but something happened to the site. When I go into Adim -> Templates, it lists the "Names, Created, Templates, but the Action is blank. There isn't anything else on the page. How do I get back the full page to be able to upload, etc?

Resized Image

This is what it should look like!

IOW: below what you listed, can't you see that form-box?

If the box blow doesn't appear, please switch on PHP debug, and tell us what it says (Sys Admin -> Prefs -> General Settings)

Have you ever installed a module, and did not uninstall it properly?

I once had the same issue (in my first XOOPS week), after I just deleted module folders from the directory, and uninstalling without them being present. This meant, that there were entries in the DB tables, which again caused my template mangager to behave just like yours.

This is a shot in the blue, and I can only help according to my own experience.

If the above is the case, let me know, and I'll provide instructions. Otherwise I'm stuck, and can't help you.

Yes, actually yesterday this happened. I uninstalled the realty module and it bombed, said it couldn't remove some tables. SO, lastnight I removed them my self...

I'd appreciate instruction to fix this.

Using phpMyAdmin go into the database.

First remove any tables the module installed. To make sure, what to remove, take a look into the file MODULE/sql/mysql.sql, of the module in question.

Then check the YOURPREFIX_modules table in your DB, that the module is not listed, if it is, remove.

Next, go into YOURPREFIX_tplfile, look for the module in question. FIRST, write down all tpl_id's associated with that module, then delete those entries.

Now go into YOURPREFIX_tplsource, and remove those entries, of which you just noted the id's.

It's quite a bit of effort. Hope this works for you. It's been a long time, but I think I covered all steps.

Good Luck And let me know how you went.

Well I looked in the tables and there weren't any entries... Do you have any more ideas?

Thanks.
