Hello,
is it possible to implement this menu within the xoops, XOOPS menu, as a option? If yes how? Is somebody able to make a hack?

should be rather trivial.

Add the CSS classes to the theme's style.css
Include class file in page or block
create menu object as per the instructions
assign menu object to $xoopsTpl
use <{menu data=$menu}> somewhere in the page or block template
