hi,

i wanna let show shoutbox, poll, analogclock etc guest if they connect to my xoopsSite.

atm, not much blocks are shown if a visitor isnt logged into.

i didnt found any setting about into shoutbox, poll, etc.

how can i change this?

In the Admin Control Panel under Groups, Click modify Anonymous user and give them access from there.
