I am using BBpixel Invision Board and i have it installed and running, what I want to know is can I use a subdomain for the board, so it looks like forums.my.com or isn't that possible?

This is possible, you will need to setup the subdomain in your cpanel section of your website. When you setup a subdomain, you get to choose the location of the files for the subdomain, so just choose the folder that has your Invision Board files in it. Hope this helps!

The redirect url is what you need to use. Just use the path to the files for Invision Board, and add the main filename of Invision onto the end of the path.
