Can someone check my site and give me some feedback how to remove the extra spacing.

Just add <{$xoops_module_header}> to your theme.html

Where would you place this code. I tried a few different places no changes. Can you give me an example .

The answer is in the readme_first.txt

To make the Popup Menu work, make sure that the <{$xoops_module_header}> is included in your theme.html

Thanks it works now. I had to use Cache cleaner
