Hi
I'm runing a private forum and I'd like to prevent it from being seen.
I do not want it to be indexed, etc.
Is there a way to prevent spiders and to make the site secure?
Does SSL could help?

If you have the rights set so that anonymous users can't see a module then the spiders can't either.

You can also use a robots.txt file to prevent the (good) spiders from indexing areas that are open to anonymous.
