Order of blocks being displayed

IS there a way to change the order of what blocked are displayed. For example I would like a block that is listed 5 down to be on top. How can that be done? Thanks

Just go into the Admin menu, click on System Admin, then Blocks. Change the Weight of the blocks to the order you want. A weight of Zero will be on top, followed by 1, 2, etc. If two blocks have the same weight, I believe they will be listed by alphabetical order.
