what is the problem here????

xoopsheadline worked great!!!

I have version 2.83 installed..

any suggestions?

Did you uninstall the XOOPS Headline module before installing xhld. It can cause problems if used while installed together.

I unistalled it afterwars....


updating the module didn't save me...

disaster?

Just for giggles try a fresh install with no headline module.

See if it works better.

Some more details, please...
Is it you local host or remote server?!
Can you from server side open file (wget ...)?
Did you try PHP-debug?

found it...

the fsockopen() function is disabled in my hosting server...

this means xhld can't get the feeds, nore store them in db...


pity.
