I have a teen film making website. What I would like to have is a system (similar to the one seen athttp://fxhome.com/cinema/archive.php) that allows teens to give a link to their film and get comments on it and get it rated.

I haven't seen any module that does anything like this yet, but if there is one or if somebody has an idea on how I could do this with existing plugins, plese tell me!

There is a module called debaser, that I believe has something to do with film media display ... cant say I know how it works. Ill look and post back

Bang around in the module repository.

Take a look at any of the reviews modules (I like myReviews) if you just want to provide a link.

If you want to offer downloads, you need to use a download module, most of which allow for ratings and comments.

Either way you should find a good starting place, if not solution.
