newbb2 upgrading problems

All my posts from private forums disappeared when I upgraded to newbb2. The posts are still in the database (browsed it with phpmyadmin), but not displayed in those forums. Any idea how to fix it?

when you upgrade newbb1 to newbb2 private forums will be inactive so please check those forums in "edit forum"

I've set all the forums active.

On one of them I can see only 2 out of 13 topics, on every other private forum I can't see any topics.

it seems very strange and i dont know how it possible that it shows 2 topics only.one question:
do you check those forum and set to show all topics "from the begining"?

Both the topics have posts from after upgrade.

Other forums are empty, despite of the fact that it shows the amount of topics on the main forum page.

one thing else, sincronize forum in admin maybe solve the problem.

I synced, it didn't work.

I've checked the database, all the messages are in there, but only the ones that were posted after the upgrade are displayed. Hmm.....
