@zyfix, do you actually have a link to ur site so that we can take a look???

if ur able to login, then it's probably not a problem like others were having (no blocks appeared and logging in using user.php gives a blank page too.. Your problem doesn't seem to be that issue.. but it will give people more of a clue if they could take a look.. make sure php debug is on tho in admincp..

sure... http://www.zyfixstudios.com/xoops/html/ thats my site.. and i cant add any blocks to the content.. nor is there any blocks to choose from
and if i go to the admin page
i cant log into till i go to user.php first log in then go back to the admin page.. by actually typing in the url for admin.php cause after i log in at user.php i get the same damn blank page.. i just want to get this thing setup .i appreciate the help
