In XOOPS forums (and others) there is a user rate system based in number of posts made from the user in cuestion.

In a now closed XOOPS based site there was a user rate system based in credits.
In a new topic I could offer some credits that i had accumulated to the best answer and, based on this, users could up his user rate.
Has anybody heard about anything similar? or it was a hack of this page´s webmaster?
