how can i add new module?

i would like to have a new page that will appear in my site content and in my menu how can i do that?

is there any way of doing that?

look at XOOPS FAQ to learn how to install modules and also try searching the forum for adding a new block - either of these may help. Installing the module WF sections is a good way to have individual articles come up.
