Why the index.php not show automatically?

when i click on a forum module, it show a page:
"Index of /XXXXX"

the index.php cannot show automatically...

I got existing members in phpnuke,
can i import them from phpnuke to my new XOOPS 2.9?

Can i import the Phpbb (forum under phpnuke) forum data into my xoops2.9's forum?
e.g. Category, Forum, topic, post

Yes! Can... you can use either a converter script, here:

or phpmyadmin.

I don't say I know the whole story as i'm a beginner at this too.

But I amended my Apache httpd.conf and added index.php to DirectoryIndex i.e.

DirectoryIndex index.html index.php

You can find out more about what the command is doing on the Apache site.

You can also place that DirectoryIndex directive in an .htaccess file, unless your particular server's configuration disallows that.
