I was wondering were do I find the file for the admin menu theme css or what ever I want to change the colors for it lol sorry

I know there is a stylie you could adjust in the modules/system/ directory. I guess the page further is build by merging different files into one.. You could have a look into the page source at the admin area to see where it's comming from..

one reminder about cp theme, I'm not sure you will have to edit it again if there's another XOOPS updates. You know,... it will overwrite the cp file if there's change.
