I installed MyAlbum, the latest and greatest, and got the message "MyAlbum installed successfully". However, unable to upload any photos. Checked permissions via the internal check, and noted inability to write to a certain directory, so tried to fix.

Bottom line, uninstalled, then did a new install, and here is the final bits of info:

...
...
Added block access right. Block ID: 35 Group ID: 4
Added block access right. Block ID: 34 Group ID: 4
Failed to execute xoops_module_install_myalbum

Module MyAlbum installed successfully.

Now, what the heck does tha mean? Failed to execute, then installed successfully?

Thanks,

Mitch

Perhaps, it's a little bug.
(thanks for your reporting)

And, don't worry about that.

The codes of xoops_module_install_myalbum() is:

- turn the admin's permissions on

So, all you have to do is turning the permissions manually in myAlbum-P's admin.

Changing over to the ImageMagick process turned the trick this time. The thumbs came right up, and the pics were accessible. And beautiful.

Thanks!!!!
