I would like to do upgrade Xoops....

I would like to do upgrade XOOPS 1.3.10 to XOOPS 2.x
where could I get the converter to 2.x version?As if I have understood we should put it on together XOOPS2 RC1 , then XOOPS2 RC2 , XOOPS2 RC3 and etc...., well, I cannot find it even in Emule XOOPS2 RC1 , XOOPS2 RC2
Please help me. I cannot change to XOOPS 2.x , Thanks beforehand !
