CAN ANYONE HELP?

did you check the server preferences neccessary installing xoops, chmod to folders /upload /chache /templates_c and file mainfile.php ?

seems that some of your files are messed up?

You seem to be missing many of the files that should be in the root directory. After that you might not have a proper config in mainfile.php

Thanks. I have actually solved the problem. It the unzip program was corrupting the files.
