Am I allowed to do this???

I have a copy of the theme used byhttp://www.xoopsit.net the Italian XOOPS support site. I have modified it a little, but I did not download, I came by it by other means. I don't know that they want it released and I don't know if they would get mad. I don't want to do anything to make anyone angry. Should I submit this as a download?

Why don't you post this question on their site and ask them.... It looks like they put a lot of time into it.

many of our users asked the same question

we are developing a new theme for the XOOPS Italian Support Site, and when XOOPSIT will move to this new theme, we'll release for sure the old one, also here in the Themes Library

Actually, what I was saying is that I already have a copy of the current theme that you are using, I was askin if it was ok to release it, but since you want to wait I won't give it to anyone.
