NewBB2 RC2 Moderator menu where is it???

I have upgraded and my board is back up but I got emails from my Mods saying they can't moderate the boards. I checked and they are listed as moderators

Heck even logged in as Webmaster I cant see how to moderate posts.

Did I forget to turn something on??

just set permissions for all categories in forum admin
