I installed Xoop2 and when I runhttp://xoops/index.php, I get blank page. In debug mode, I get this massage:

i set permision directory template_c , cache , uploads
with read & write.
i have windows server.

It looks like the IUSR account doesn't have the proper permissions. The above mentioned account need NTFS modify permissions.
