Visual errors in System Admin v1

There seems to be a visual error in the system admin module (v1) in XOOPS 2.0.7.1

As you can see, the drop down menus on the main page appear on top of the mouse over menu buttons on the left.

This happens on all pages, any suggestions?

I had the same problem with the 2.0.6 release on IE. Could it be that the form elements like dropdown elements and such are always on top? Not sure.

I think it's a IE issue, coz never had it in Moz
