How to make a block viewable by all (Unregistered ones)

I created a block (HTML) with a nice message in it. I want it to be seen by all people, not just those that are registered.

How do I change a block so all can see it? I want people to see the messages, and forums and such...

Go to System Admin>Groups to set the permissions of the block to your Anonymous users group.

system admin -> groups -> anonymous - and set permissions.
