In the main menu in the block on the left, the Submit news button is gone.

The fixed groupperm.php (yes, it was a typo calling it groupperms.php) is only for pre-2.0.7 as the fix was included in XOOPS 2.0.7
My question is now this, I'm running XOOPS 2.0, is this fix seperate or do I have to upgrade XOOPS from 2.0 to 2.1, then 2.1 t 2.2, then 2.2 to 2.3 etc?
