I'm looking for an experienced XOOPS/PHP/MySQL programmer for piece work or long term commitment. I have several modules that need conversion/creation.

I have a website called the World of Letterboxing community and I have several homemade modules there, recently ported from PHPNuke.

I am searching for someone who'll be able to commit to a long term relationship or at the very least, be able to commit to finishing the piece work given. I'm looking for someone who's willing to trade or barter for the work they do as this is NOT a commercial site, but rather a community site that's a labor of love and is funded by myself and a few donations.

I've got great plans for this website and at it's growth rate, your name will be in front of a ton of people, plus you'll be able to add it to your portfolio.

Serious enquires only please, send information to rayvenhaus@lbworld.org with sepcifics and what your willing to work for.

I look forward to a long and prosperous relationship.

It's a nice opportunity (not for me tho, I don't fit the reqs), but I think most people here have their own projects, that makes it difficult to find room for something like this... Keep looking tho!!

I agree with Herko, don't stop looking . Perhaps if you gave a brief outline of what you are wanting to acheive out of your modules. Obviously the more complex the more it is going to cost you. From my own experience I know custom XOOPS modules can cost anything from $50US for minor modifications to an existing module, all the way up to $500US or more for heavily modified, or from scratch modules. A lot of money yes, but programmers have bills too

Yeah it can be tough, even when paying for development as I often do.

{Quick dirty cheap plug now lol}

Like this one on Scriptlance:

I've been trying to get a good XOOPS developer to work on this one for a while, as a short temp solution until XOOPS 2.1/2.2 comes out with this LDAP (As seen on another post).

I post quiet a few on Script Lance
