Look at the errors

It's not working because XOOPS is looking for files in a subdir that doesn't exist.

Why?
Where is XOOPS getting the bad info from?

I think, your Host is doing some assignments of your domain to a specific directory, which is NOT the one that the mainfile.php is pointing to.

This is the same behavior that you had already before. I would suggest to check with the Host Support people.
