This was the point I was trying to make. How can people who in the past who have had differences with project leaders etc come in, try to make peace and willing to become a working member of the community if the first thing they are met with negativity and hostility from people who have prominent positions within the team.
If this new change is to work for everyone, then people have to put their differences aside and become more professional in their attitude. If this doesn't happen, then all the good work become overshadowed and will push XOOPS further back.
