I have the same error
Fatal error: Class 'XoopsGroupPermHandler' not found in /xoops/modules/article/include/functions.php(132) : eval()'d code on line 2
it drives me just creazy, there is similar error mentioned on the chinese website, but my chinese is rather week. So anybody there, who can help, please do so
