After you clean that up install smartfaq. The old faq module is dated and http://smartfactory.ca/ has a much better soultion.

I have the following tables in my db for faq:
xoops_xoopsfaq_categories
xoops_xoopsfaq_contents
xoops_xoopsnotifications

Should I delete all of them or which?

The top two forsure. The bottom one you better get a second opinion.

You should be pretty safe to delete all those containing xoopsfaq in their namespace. However, I suggest you do full database backup before tinkering further. The only thing worse than a crapped out database is a totally crapped out database .

Sorry, there is no Q&A to display.

How do members post questions?

You need to create the categories first! There is a sql file you can download on smartfactory. Ofcourse it has a whole different set of faqs. I just change all there faq's to my own. Sweet setup!

I added a category and it still gave me that page. Am I the only one who can post faq's? or can our members post them also?

It wont let me post questions when I hit the faq link in the nav bar still. keeps giving me that message

Sorry, there is no Q&A to display.

I'm just going to install xoopfaq for now till i get my site back up to par. then i'll take a look at this module again. Thanks ALOT for helping me out with this problem guys.
